Attorney Martin J. Gottholm is a former Iredell County judge and prosecutor who has practiced law since 1993. He is an experienced trial attorney in both civil and criminal matters. He represents clients in criminal cases ranging from speeding tickets to first-degree murder, and also handles serious personal injury civil cases.
Attorney Matthew L. Benton has been a partner with the law firm since 2006, practicing primarily in the areas of criminal law, business law and personal injury. Mr. Benton is former treasurer of Judicial District 22A and current vice president, encompassing Iredell and Alexander counties. He also serves as chairman of the Iredell County Indigent Defense Committee.
